AirDAO Bridge

The AirDAO Council currently supports two bridges with the AirDAO Network:
The Ethereum <> AirDAO Bridge (ETH<>AMB)
The Binance Smart Chain <> AirDAO Bridge (BNB<>AMB).
Understanding the AirDAO Bridge
It offers a user-friendly bridge that facilitates transfers of tokens between AirDAO’s $AMB-NET blockchain, Ethereum network, and BNB Smart Chain (BSC). Here’s how it works:
A user sends assets (100 $AMB) from AirDAO to the smart contract.
The smart contract locks the assets and creates an equivalent token on Ethereum (100 $AMB) that represents the locked assets.
The token that’s on Ethereum can now be used to interact with the assets originally locked on AirDAO.
When the user is ready to move the assets back to AirDAO, it’s as simple as sending them back to the smart contract, which unlocks the assets and sends them to the user’s account on AirDAO. This process is known as ‘unwrapping’ or ‘burning’ the assets.
Here’s a visual representation of the process:
The process to bridge assets between networks is the same for both networks and can be done directly from https://airdao.io/bridge/.
Define your source and destination network (either AMB<>ETH, ETH<>AMB, BNB<>AMB or AMB<>BNB).
Connect your AMB Address via MetaMask to the AMB Network.
Input a designated ETH or BNB source or destination Address.
Input the amount of value and token type from the source network to be sent.
Confirm and send between bridges.
Current bridging time on Ethereum is just over 2 hours, while BNB is much faster.
Compatible Assets: All ERC-20 assets on either BSC or Ethereum are compatible with the AirDAO network as well as USDC, and BUSD.
